We appreciate everyone who took advantage of our sale and got items at cost or below cost.
We are currently processing the Last Call Sale and are projecting final shipments to go out before October 5th.
We are working diligently to get them out as quickly as possible. The orders are being filled first come, first serve.
Please be patient. We will not be able to email you or call you with available items as time is short. You will receive a sales receipt inside the box of all the available items that we could fill in your order and the shipping cost. You will receive an email as soon as it ships letting you know that it has shipped and the method.
As was stated on the Shop page, News page, Policy page (you clicked that you agreed to process your order):
- We are currently not accepting any international orders unless they include either the international UV light or the international Lortone tumbler. Any international orders that do not include these items will be cancelled.
- We will not send any Out of Stock Notifications. Your order will be filled as complete as possible and shipped. This can result in only one or two items of your order being sent (regardless of shipping cost). We recommend including a extra items in your order just in case.
- We cannot combine orders. Separate orders will result in separate shipping charges.
- Please be patient. Heavy usage on the site can delay the site and create delays due to throttling from our provider.
- Orders are pulled and processed first-come, first-serve. Just because you place your order with specific items that are available at the time of order does not mean that they will be available when your order is pulled.
- We are expecting to have all orders shipped by October 3rd. However, depending on quantity of orders, this date may change.
- Please do not send us emails, checking on the status or contents of your order. We will send you a confirmation email once your order has been shipped. Also, included with every order is a finalized list of what you were charged for and receive.
- Please double check your address. Additional fees may result from an incorrect address.
- All sales are final. Once an order is placed, we cannot alter, change, add to, or cancel the order. We are also not accepting any returns or exchanges.
