When you order Fine Silver Casting Grains (1/4 oz), they are usually in lots of odd shapes. Most of us desire round ball for embellishing. Simply set the casting grain on your soldering board and fire up your torch. Concentrate the heat on the silver and you'll see it start to get shiny. You may even see it turning!

Don't forget to quench or air cool before using fingers!
